Red Door Runners has partnered with Physical Equilibrium for the past 13 years. Physical Equilibrium is New York City’s premier fitness boutique and wellness concierge offering personal training, nutrition, triathlon and run coaching, post-rehabilitation and therapeutic services.

“I’ve had the opportunity to not only coach the runners but run on the team too. Knowing that you are training and running for such an amazing organization pushes you and gets you to the starting line on race day. The NYC Marathon is like no other race. Running over bridges with views of Manhattan and through the 5 boroughs is amazing! The energy of the runners and the spectators you will not find in any other race in the world”
