Gilda Comes to You is growing! We are thrilled to welcome a fifth hospital partner, Metropolitan Hospital Center [MHC] in Manhattan, to our off-site program. MHC, located in East Harlem will host our Spanish-bilingual Patient Navigator on-site weekly to provide their cancer patients with resources, information and support.
Our Gilda Comes To You program allows us to reach more New Yorkers impacted by cancer who aren’t able to travel to our West Village Clubhouse, particularly the underserved populations of New York City. Gilda Comes To You hospital partners include The Mount Sinai Hospital, Kings County Hospital, Lincoln Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital and now Metropolitan Hospital Center.
