We are excited to announce that members will soon have a more convenient way to sign up for workshops and check in to the Clubhouse. Starting in November members will be able to register on line with the launch of Gnosis, which will ease the membership process and help to make it paperless for both members and staff.
Members will receive barcoded membership cards that will expedite the check-in process through the use of a scanner at reception. Online registration for workshops and lectures will be enabled by simply going to our website. Members will also receive email reminders of their scheduled events. Staff will be able to track attendance and have membership information at their fingertips.
We will also have accurate information on attendance of visits to our Clubhouse and offsite locations as well as all our workshops and lectures which will enable us to accurately track our growth and reach as well as program participation.
We are very excited about what Gnosis will mean for both our members and staff. We look forward to introducing this latest enhancement to our program.
