Have you ever wanted to better understand your dreams?
Since 2015, Red Door Community has partnered with Theatre Within to bring a wide variety of workshops in the creative arts and mindfulness to our members.
Theatre Within’s latest workshop, “Exploring the Symbolic Language of Dreams,” led by Jungian Analyst David Pressault, helps participants learn to analyze their own dreams. Using techniques pioneered by Carl Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist who founded analytical psychology, individuals will practice integrating their conscious and unconscious mind to achieve wholeness.
“We’ll apply some of Jung’s groundbreaking findings and consider how to cultivate a dream journal to gain some insight into the unconscious,” explains David. “Then, we’ll practice with different dreams and learn together how to honor and interpret them.”
