– Participate in both the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Half Marathon and the NYRR TCS NYC Marathon as a representative of Red Door Community
– Meet all fundraising minimums and associated deadlines
– Understand that, if needed, I am willing to help cover any remaining balance toward the fundraising minimums if not met by April 26 and October 31.
– Understand that if I fall significantly short of the April 1 fundraising deadline ($655) or do not regularly engage in team communications, I may be removed from the team and asked to cover the $300 Replacement Entry fee that NYCRUNS charges to the charity.
– Understand that if I fall significantly short of the October 31 fundraising deadline ($4,000) or do not regularly engage in team communications, I may be removed from the team and asked to cover the $300 Replacement Entry fee that NYCRUNS charges to the charity and any fees associated with NYRR.
– Wear Red Door Community–branded apparel on race day and at official team events, when provided
– Remain responsive to team communications and supervisor check‑ins
– Cover any required registration fees charged by race organizers (e.g., NYCRUNS, NYRR)
– Understand that personal contributions may only represent a limited portion of my total fundraising and may not serve as the primary source of funds
– Understand that employer matching gifts may count toward your fundraising tally only after at least $1,000 of the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Half Marathon fundraising minimum has been raised and $3000 of the TCS NYC Marathon has been raised through non‑matching‑gift contributions, as matching gifts often take longer to process.
