For 16 years, Red Door Runners have proudly represented Red Door Community at the TCS New York City Marathon, turning every mile into meaningful support for people impacted by cancer. They have been hard at work raising money to help ensure that no one faces cancer alone, and since the team’s founding, hundreds of runners have raised more than $1 million. This year, our Red Door Runners have already surpassed previous fundraising records, but there’s still time to help them go even further! If you see someone you know or are moved by a personal story, consider making a gift and leave them a message of encouragement. Meet our Red Door Runners & support them today!

Every dollar raised helps sustain Red Door Community’s free support groups, wellness workshops, educational programs, counseling, and social activities – providing connection, comfort, and hope to individuals and families navigating cancer.

As Red Door Community member and team co-captain Michael shares, being part of the team is a powerful reminder of the community that carries us through life’s most difficult moments: “In a world and society that has become so individualistic, Red Door is a good reminder of the strength and beauty of community.”

This year, our runners are hitting the pavement not only to raise essential funds, but also to spread awareness of Red Door Community’s programs and the support available to anyone navigating cancer. Steve, a Red Door Community member who discovered our organization through a close friend, is a powerful reminder of how connection can make a difference.
