Lecture: Estate Planning

This presentation will cover what an estate plan is, what’s included in an estate plan and why it’s critical for everyone to have one. Attendees can expect to learn about best practices to develop their estate plans at every stage of life. We will cover the differences between wills and trusts, the problems of not planning and how to get started. Attendees will be provided with ample guidance and resources to begin building their estate plan and/or editing their existing plans.
