The mission of Cleaning For A Reason is to give the gift of free house cleaning for women undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. Maid services will come to your home or apartment once a month for up to 4 consecutive months. Service is available for women 18 years and older who are in treatment for any cancer diagnosis. The Creative Center has hospital artist-in-residence programs in more than 30 healthcare sites around the New York metropolitan area, free-of-charge art workshops every day of the week, an online gallery representing professional artists living with illness, and a training program bringing The Creative Center’s proven approach to arts in healthcare around the country.
